Contact Center Associate (Bi-lingual: English & Spanish, preferred)

We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as a Contact Center Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer concerns, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Contact Center Associates are often the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Contact Center Associate Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Make outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by answering calls quickly and making outbound calls while providing a world-class phone experience.
- Demonstrate concern for patients' problems. Present a friendly, caring manner to put patients at ease.
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer concern, or if it requires managerial input.
- Input data into the company's computer system to maintain an accurate log of each interaction.
- Review and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Send faxes electronically or on paper to various departments, business units or customers.
- Perform other duties, as required.
Requirements
Contact Center Associate Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Strong computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong business acumen
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a Contact Center, preferably in a medical practice
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Salary : $25,200 - $31,900
