What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Remodeler position at West Shore Home?
West Shore Home® is expanding our team in the Chesapeake area! We take extreme ownership of our work and are goal oriented as we move the company towards our mission of becoming America's Most Admired Home Remodeling Brand™!
As a Home Remodeler, you will report to the Installation Manager and work on a team to safely and efficiently install custom bath and shower units.
Home Remodelers:
- Enjoy W2 employment with full benefits package including medical, PTO and 401k
- Complete demolition of tub and shower area
- Install new tub/shower pans and three-piece acrylic wall system
- Leave customer location in a clean and safe appearance
- Have customer sign required documents, secure payment and return documents successfully to office
Home Remodelers:
- Must be available to work full time, Monday-Friday
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Shower and Bath Remodeling experience preferred
- Have a valid driver’s license and high-school diploma
