As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by identifying and attracting top talent to fulfill the needs of the organization across all levels and locations.

As a Regional Recruiter at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership of the recruiting efforts for specified regions. You will report directly to the Regional Recruiting Team Lead and work closely with hiring managers and the rest of the Recruiting department.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:
Collaborate with your team lead and the Regional Recruiting Manager in developing a recruiting plan tailored to your specific region(s)
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and managers
Create and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
Connect with hiring managers to solicit feedback and adjust your strategy based on needs and expectations
