Rehabilitation Counselor Trainee

Under direct supervision, at the entry level, these positions perform work in a probationary, training capacity. The training period is a balanced combination of rehabilitation casework and formal training and instruction under supervisory guidance and direction. As the training period progresses, positions are given more latitude to perform with less supervision as proficiency is achieved in their duties and responsibilities. Perform related work as required.
