Wage Information:
- $41.85 - $50.65/hour based on experience
- Including state of Michigan $0.85/hour wage pass through until 09.30.24

Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to assess residents’ physical and mental function and document data on minimum data set forms completely and accurately; document all additional assessments required completely and accurately; and determine appropriate referrals to other health care professionals; and to use the resident assessment protocols to determine whether to proceed or not proceed. This position will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight of the residents in his/her assigned unit.
Job Overview
- Interview residents, residents’ representatives and others with information related to the minimum data set assessment.
- Collect all data necessary to complete minimum data set forms and related documentation.
- Make appropriate referrals to other health care professionals.
- Participate and/or conduct interdisciplinary meetings.
- Supervise and participate in the overall care of the residents
- Oversee clinical coordination, review labs, assist the physician with rounds
- Participate in the facilities Quality Assurance process to review facility systems as directed
- Effectively direct, manager, and operationalize the infection prevention program
- Help on the floor as needed
- Part of the on call rotation team
- Ability to work weekends and nights as necessary
