What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNET AUTO SALES position at Westcott Mazda?
We at Westcott Mazda are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales team, Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customer’s vehicle needs, maintaining a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business, We have promoted couple of our internet sales persons and we looking to replace them. we are one of few dealerships that have inventory and we are very busy.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads old and new
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in strong Auto sales experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
