Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus. Responsibilities Walking the property grounds and common areas Picking up trash and debris Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and / or Assistant Community Manager.
