Western Ag is in search of an Office Coordinator. Bi-Lingual English-Spanish required.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Some College or at least 10 years of full-time work experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish.
  • Must have pleasant soft skills/customer service skills via phone/email or in person.
  • Can work independently and works well in a team and with others.
  • Possess excellent analytical & problem-solving skills in resolving office daily operation challenges as it comes up with limited supervision;
  • Accountable, proactive, self-motivated & innovative.
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office;
  • Conducts oneself professionally at all times and maintains staff confidentiality;
  • Can be easily trained and always willing to learn and apply best practices.
  • Willing to work extensive hours especially during peak season, after hours and weekends as needed. Schedule may change for coverage purposes.

Office Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains files and databases.
  • Serves as the go-to person for office administration & operation.
  • Tracks office & operation supplies, inventory and purchases supplies as needed.
  • Double checks, follows through and promptly submits complete job information to corporate for billing processing.
  • Submits Billing information and other pertinent documents to central office in a timely manner.
  • Assist and follows through on Accounts Receivable/collection.
  • Submits approved Accounts Payable documents to central office in a timely manner.
  • Goes above and beyond in exhausting possible solutions when resolving issues prior to escalation.
  • Assists in Employee recruitment, new hire orientation and Drug Testing.
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal/external relationships with key decision makers within the organization and with customers.
  • Processes outgoing shipment as needed.
  • Prepares and assists in staff training for Safety and other training items.
  • Keeps track of customer location and update customer profile and location database as needed.
  • Creates and implements processes and procedure as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

  • Twin Falls, ID: Relocate before starting work (Required)
