We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) Human Resources Assistant to join our team at the Palmer Building
- Manages HRIS system information related to benefits, employee demographics, and other required information
- Coordinates and administers all benefit program information, accurately enrolls, changes, and terminates employee coverage
- Assists in annual open enrollment process
- Reconcile billing statements for benefit programs
- Assists in recruitment process
- Maintains personnel records
- Assist with employee relations functions and departmental projects

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of clerical/office support position, with additional training or experience in human resources preferred
