What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Executive with Waltham Pest Services, after you complete our industry-leading, two/three-month training, you will be set up for success. You will be ready to help us exceed sales goals and you’ll see the results in your own paycheck. The training program includes pest knowledge, emotional intelligence, Marketing, as well as how to sell all of our services – which are about more than just pest control!
Serve as a problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing the in-depth training we provide to decide on the best overall solution for each customer's needs. Remember, you may be selling pest control, but it’s about more than that. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re providing public health and safety solutions for their business and their employees.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with an enthusiasm that is unequaled in the industry.
Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s commercial property based on the training you will receive from our extensive, internal training program.
Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified by addressing any questions, explaining the process clearly and concisely, and setting reasonable and attainable expectations.
