Job ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with sales team and clients to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and provide updates on service requests.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfactionCoordinate the scheduling of service technicians for repairs. Efficiently allocate resources to meet customer demands and prioritize urgent requests.
Generate and process invoices for completed services, track payments, and manage accounts receivable. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Forecast future manpower requirements.Provide general administrative support for managers and staffCreate, type, and distribute internal and external correspondenceMaintain various types of recordsComplete special projects as requiredAccomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFPOffer suggestions and solutions on improving efficiency of general procedures.
Develop positive and ongoing relationships with customers and team members.Other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED;
or one to two years of related experience and / or training is preferredPossess proficient computer skills with working knowledge of business software applications (Microsoft office, Outlook)1-2 years basic office experience and scheduling experience is preferredAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude at all times when coordinating schedule with customers or dealing with other associatesPossess a valid driver's license;
