Summary of Position: The Faculty Developer will support Faculty in their teaching from a pedagogical perspective and serve as a project manager on department initiatives. The Faculty Developer must stay current in teaching and educational technology trends and as such is expected to actively and continuously engage in his or her own professional development. This position works to promote social justice within the division and the larger academic institution.
This is a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 2-3 days a week working from home after the training period.

Starting annual salary range based on education and experience: $55,299 - $72,605
This is a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 2-3 days a week working from home after the training period.
