Description
The Westfield Area YMCA is looking to hire part time Team Leaders in our Member Services department. Team Leaders work at our welcome center and are responsible for all aspects of "member service" including but not limited to, member enrollment and retention, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate department/person; accurately processes transactions and assists with special events associated with the Y.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior customer service experience a plus but not required
Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid w/Oxygen certifications; willing to train on-site.
