The Learning and Development Professional, working under general supervision, is responsible for creation and delivery of enterprise learning programs, partnering with stakeholders to create learning materials, onboarding guides, and other learning resources. The role works in collaboration with leadership, management, business, and individuals to develop and deliver learning with best practice in mind and the intention of expanding skills across all employees at all levels within an organization. The role assesses the existing curriculum for accuracy, relevance, and availability for delivery and/or facilitation, and collaborates with stakeholders to identify training needs, acquire information, and supports the development, administration, and maintenance of learning curriculum.
