Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales
- Utilize software systems to manage customer interactions, sales pipeline, and track progress
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Fluent in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish) to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
