What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Person position at Westgate Resorts?
At Westgate Branson Woods Resort, you will be working in the great outdoors as you help maintain the beauty of our resort grounds in an independent position that allows you to see your hard work come to life.
As a Ground person, you will:
- Maintain the grounds and landscape of the property by mowing, weeding, edging, and operating a blower to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Operate pickup truck and/or a golf cart for daily work
- Sweep curbs and sidewalks and picks up trash from curbs and surrounding areas on property by cleaning the grounds and removing litter
- Assist with drainage issues and other related concerns around the property
- Cleans grounds and removes litter
- Snow & ice removal and/or treatment
- Leaves work area in a clean, neat, and safe condition
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Salary : $28,700 - $36,300
