***This is a full-time position that requires weekends and flexible hours.***
As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
- Deliver a personalized experience to our guests and possess a genuine passion for providing first rate service
- Greet and accommodate guests in person and over the phone
- Guide guests through the check in process using our hotel management systems
- Enjoy solving problems, upselling, and promoting hotel amenities
