Loss Prevention Department Vision Statement
To provide elite Loss Prevention and Risk Management services in a timely manner to minimize financial loss and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve internal and external theft and fraud in a timely manner using Loss Prevention Department tools (i.e., POS exception reporting and remote video review).
- Utilize the Loss Prevention department case management system to track investigations to completion.
- Perform data analyzation to identify trends and create reporting.
- Collaborates and communicates with districts and store teams on current investigation trends.
- Support Regional Loss Prevention Managers, Risk Management and store teams as needed.
- Share key learnings with business partners to support a strategic approach to loss mitigation.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Requirements and Skills
- Postsecondary education preferred or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office Applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Climbing, lifting (up to 25lbs), standing and walking
- This position does not require routine travel
- This position will be based out of our Store Support Center in Lenexa, KS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
