Grounds Keeper- PT and Weekends

Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research is looking to fill our grounds keeping and maintenance Laborer role. In this position you will safely operate a variety of hand tools and power equipment such as lawn mowers, grass and hedge trimmers, and edging equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grass Cutting
• Grass Trimming
• Landscaping
• Other duties as needed (light carpentry, electrical, plumbing)

Qualifications and Skills:

• US Citizenship required
• High school or equivalent required
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong time-management skills
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to stand, sit, or move around for prolonged periods of time
