The Crossroads Group is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to assist with business submission and client service requests in support of two advisors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful. The successful candidate must be able to work both individually and with a team, be coachable and demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks.
Applicants should have Microsoft Office proficiency, as well as computer aptitude to learn proprietary software programs quickly. Knowledge of Insurance and Financial Industry is a plus, as the candidate will help collect and process new business from application to completion, while adhering to strict compliance procedures.
This role is Full-Time (32-36 hours per week), and is located in our Indianapolis office.
Responsibilities:
- Submit business applications and track business in process
- Support client requests and inquiries
- Problem solve and support busy advisors throughout the practice
- Additional administrative duties as assigned
Candidate qualifications:
- 2 years of professional administrative experience
- Excellent telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Superior organization skills
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- CRM experience a plus
- College degree or comparable professional work history
- Investment/FINRA registrations are a plus, but not required

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively receive, interpret, and disseminate information accordingly (through verbal or written communication)

- Acts as a liaison for advisors with business partners and clients
- Capable of completing multiple tasks and meeting established objectives and deadlines
Salary: $25-32/hr
