Travel time: 5 - 10%
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour
Job Summary
The role of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is one with a?strong background in onboarding and proficient knowledge in best HR practices. The individual assigned to this position will have a successful track record in handling medium to high-volume onboarding procedures in a timely manner, corresponding with new hires regarding onboarding tasks, and communicating with hiring managers, recruiters, HR team members, or additional internal personnel of Westport Properties, Inc.
The responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is managing onboarding workflows efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Open, close, and refresh requisitions through the ATS for all US Storage Centers locations

Manually posts requisitions on Indeed on an as needed basis

Maintains Indeed ad postings on a monthly basis

Commences the onboarding process for our US Storage Centers locations which includes drafting offer letters for approval, sending offer letters, launching onboarding packet, obtaining WPI application, and starting background check process

Coordinates new hire scheduling and travel to US Storage Centers National Training Center

Creates onboarding file and maintains onboarding paperwork for all new hires; following up on pending items as needed

Completes onboarding process for all new hires (Home Office, Sales Center, Residential and USSC) which includes completing onboarding packet, sending packet for reviewal, and creating personnel files

Maintains good relations with hiring managers, internal departments, and other company personnel involved with recruitment and onboarding

Assist with maintaining recruitment tools on an as needed basis

Other Duties As Assigned:

Periodic special projects and duties may be assigned based on Company need and requirements

Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, with frequent interruptions or distractions and within tight deadlines

Qualifications
Education / Experience

High School Diploma is required

Minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment support role

Experience in ATS preferred, but not required

Experience in CA HR practices is a plus

Proficient knowledge of human resources

Proficient knowledge of full cycle recruitment or onboarding
