Title: Maintenance Technician
Shift: Nights
Overtime: Must be available for overtime, must be available for weekends
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Work on a variety of mechanical and electrical tasks.
- Ensure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systems and work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives, electrical equipment/systems and control circuits, 3 Phase Motors and Programmable Logical Controls (PLC) applications
- Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in our safety program
- Be responsible for timely and accurate paperwork.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical and preferred electrical background
- Corrugated/Box maintenance experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work weekends & overtime
- Ability to effectively communicate and work on a team
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skills
- Must be able to lift, twist, bend, squat and kneel repetitively for this position
