What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Manager position at Westside Donuts?
A Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are typically responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ standards, franchisee standards, and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Skills/Qualifications
· Valid Driver’s License
· Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
· Computer skills
· At least 18 years of age
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Able to lift 50 lbs or more
· Good writing and communication skills (English)
· High School diploma, or equivalent
· Math skills and financial acumen
· Open availability to work all shifts
· Transportation: to work, banking if needed, attend all meetings and training as required
