Dental Receptionist/ Insurance Biller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a dental office setting and the submission and follow up of dental claims.

Hours: Mon,Tues,Thurs 8-5 and 1/2 day Wed. - No Fridays, No Weekends

Full Time Benefits for 28 hours

Dental background a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling software
- Answer and manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems
- Verify insurance information
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations

Requirements:

-Dental knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right person
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
