As a Digital Marketing Specialist and our SMS/Push Channel Manager, you will work with teams across the business to design, analyze and optimize marketing SMS/Push notification experiences in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - nurturing leads, driving cross-sell and product utilization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with stakeholders to design and support the development of SMS/Push notifications as part of our multichannel marketing automation projects
Leverage Salesforce Mobile Studio to automate updates and alerts that deliver on on stakeholder objectives
Develop a strategy, roadmap and manage efforts around implementing SMS/Push experiences throughout the customer lifecycle
Analyze channel performance, provide recommendations to stakeholders on testing strategy and enhancements
Proactively identify issues / obstacles and recommend appropriate courses of action
Communicate plans and results to key stakeholder across lines of business
Qualifications Required:
3 years experience developing SMS/Push notification strategies and engagement - ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
5 years experience delivering highly-effective digital/email marketing campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results
Team player attitude and ability to work in a high energy business environment
Must be able to present a strong and diverse portfolio of marketing automation and/or digital channel marketing samples.
Qualifications Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, or related field
Salesforce Certifications
Leadership skills to facilitate discussions through cross-regional, cross-cultural teams, also remotely
Strong understanding of project mgmt methodologies (Agile, SCRUM etc.)
Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
