Summary As the Account Manager for World Fuel Services, you will be primarily responsible for managing customer accounts, maintains long-term relationships with accounts, and maximizes sales opportunities. Willingness to travel regionally or more often. Accounts are typically at the Silver level and are moderately complex in nature. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group. Key Responsibilities Brand Project Mgmt. (75%) Contract Renewal High Level Customer Issue Resolution & Service Recovery (Existing Customer Salesforce CRM WSA Contract Performance/Compliance Building the Economic Model, Deal, IRR Package for Credit- Renewals New Account 1st delivery follow up New Account 1st Billing (invoice) Resolve issues escalated by Customer Service (Economic Rebate structure/CC fees/ Delivery Issues, Cross Drop, Comingling) Image Upgrade Project (i.e. Synergy) EMV Compliance Account Review with Customer Account Planning / Review (Internal with Sales Mgr.) Environmental Compliance Retail Training & Retailer Development Credit informs A.M re: NSF Resolution and AM gets involved if escalation is required Brand Meetings At Risk Accounts (preparing unams, etc.) Lost Accounts Paperwork (process/close out) New Account Credit Card Processing & Setup Inside Store Consulting Customer Events & Sponsorships Credit Card Skimming, etc. Customer Deposit / BRD Account Questions, Issues, and Resolutions Retention/Post Contract Sign and Resolution Goodwill visits Requirements, Competencies and Certifications Strong problem-solving skills, mathematical and organizational skills. Motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering superior customer service. Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to look for growth opportunities for the company. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask.
