Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for animals and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers inquiring about veterinary services, pet care products, and appointments. The Client Services Representative provides the first and last impressions of the hospital to clients and patients, schedules appointments, and processes invoices. This is primarily a customer service and clerical position, you bring a helpful, can-do attitude and the ability to use a computer, we will teach you the rest!
Duties
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding veterinary services and products
- Scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging patients
- Provide information on pet care, grooming, and basic medical inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless customer service experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
