What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welding Robot Set Up position at Wheel Pros?
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION Set up Robotic cells in so production can be run.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up welding programs, load fixtures, and touch up robotic programs as needed. Operate Robots and run production Train Robot Operators as needed. Maintain and keep robots and robot cells clean. Inspect parts to ensure highest quality possible.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Supervisor and Manager as needed with tasks. QUALIFICAITONS FOR THE JOB Education: High School completion or GED required. Technical college in welding preferred. Work Related Experience: At least 1 years in welding. FANUC Level 1 Certification (required) ABB IRC 5 Level 1 Certification (recommended)
KEY COMPETENCIES Needs to be punctual, hardworking, and perform work with minimal guidance. Knowledge in reading welding prints, symbols and follows directions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lift up to 50lbs. Capable of working 10-hour shifts
