Job Description:
- Safety is always the first consideration in all aspects of the service business, by leading by example, TRACK, safety shares, proper tooling, proper PPE, near miss reporting and unsafe behaviors.
- Assist Product Support Supervisor by managing job progress and quality, manage flat rate, accurate and complete service reports manage parts and core return process.
- Lead, coach, and mentor all direct reports utilizing a proven change in culture.
- Assist with performance issues, workplace maintenance, contamination control, CPS, and reviewing estimates.
- Provide technical assistance to each employee, coach employees in time management, ethics, achieving goals, quality and working as a team.
- Work directly with other departments to find solutions.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments on the phone and in person.
- Equipment being worked on will include CAT and NON-CAT equipment.
- This is a working Team Lead position.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to lead people in a positive way producing a highly skilled team.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as work load requires maintaining a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of equipment repair processes and equipment systems.
- Understand and aid fellow employees with failure analysis.
- Knowledge of DBS, SIS, ET, STW systems.
- Positive attitude and lead by example.
- Travel may be required for field repairs, including travel to St. George, Moab, and Rock Springs Wyoming as needed.
