Inside Sales Representative
Location: Freeland, WA
Responsible for promoting and selling Whidbey Telecom products and services including voice communications, high-speed Internet, and alarms & security systems. Inside Sales Reps receive and make customer calls for new services and upgrades to existing services. This position offers the opportunity to engage with customers and act as an ambassador for the Company. Full time and part time positions with a flexible schedule are available. Remote work with the appropriate qualifications, may be considered for this position, onsite as needed for training and staffing necessity. Not a fully remote position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Pursue leads with the goal of converting them to customers
- Manage referrals from existing customers
- Maintain contact reports with customers
- Collect and update sales pipeline information
- Ability to navigate and utilize complex software billing program
- Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries
- Service order and data entry
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of prior inside sales, in-person sales, call center, or retail experience.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be available to work OT, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Candidate must speak and write fluently in English.
- Pre-employment and on-going drug screens required.
- Pass background check.
- WA state driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Salary Range - $16.83-28.85 per hour plus incentives
Salary ranges are based on available market data for the business sector and geographic location.
