What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sequencing Manager position at Whistic?
Whistic is a venture-backed tech start-up with a world-class operations team that is looking to expand for our next phase of growth. We are looking for a Sequencing Manager who will work closely with our Director of Revenue Operations along with the leaders of Whistic’s Go-To-Market engine.
What You’ll Do
Owner of Whistic’s prospecting tech stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Reachdesk)- Strategic contact sourcing and uploading to ensure that Sales is able to meet their activity and conversion metrics.
- Liaison between Marketing and Sales to coordinate promotions and content.
- Assess and optimize every entry point of lead generation
- Analyze sequence performance and optimize as needed through A/B testing, step revision, and CTAs
- Analyze data for conversion trends, lead turnover, and opt-outs to communicate to sales and marketing weekly.
- Work with the Growth Team to optimize process and outreach to Whistic’s growing freemium customer base.
What You’ll Need
3 years of experience in a Go-To-Market function (Sales, CX, Operations, Partnerships)- Knowledge of prospecting strategies, email marketing, and campaign management
- Well-versed in data, know how to read and report data to a broad audience
- Experience with SFDC, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to report clearly and concisely to an executive audience
