The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all company financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to and participate in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Champion the Great Game of Business financial operating system.
- Guide the company to improve efficiencies, strategic revenue focus, overall growth and improve profitability.
- Oversee and track the annual budget and pacing for improved business intelligence and profitability.
- Prepare for financial review meetings, set the agenda, provide resources and information to help the team carry out the annual budget.
- Handle and/or review payment of credit cards and accounts payable including credit card reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain a consistently successful invoicing and accounts receivable collections program. Maintain positive, long-term business relationships with our clients. Proactively use the CRM platform for collections and ensure accurate client data and contract accuracy.
- Handle commission report monthly and payroll memo bi-weekly.
- Manage company benefits and insurance.
- Work closely with the Remote CFO on major financial projects.
- Maximize CRM system and accounting software to the fullest of its abilities for internal efficiency by always adapting to new technology as it becomes available. Update processes and procedures, as needed.

Evaluations and Outcomes:
- The position will be evaluated after 90 days with reviews every 120 days.
