National Family Law Firm Whitbeck Bennett has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in its newest office in McKinney, Texas. You can learn more about Whitbeck Bennett here.
This position will report directly to the Partner Attorney in the office and will handle day-to-day office tasks including:
· Ordering Materials and Equipment
· Answering Phones and Scheduling Clients
· Filling Out Client Forms and Agreements
· Working with Paralegals and Associate Attorneys to assist with Document Preparation
· Other Assigned Tasks Related to Office Management.
This is a great opportunity to learn the operations of a law firm, and to gain experience in the legal field. This is a 40 hour per week, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm position.
