Weight Loss and Wellness Consultation Sales
Salary Range: $35,000 - 70,000 per year including bonuses
Job Description: You will be presenting our customized, natural, and body-balancing weight loss program to prospective clients in a sales consultation. Those prospective clients will need to hear a detailed pitch and description of the program as well as the purchase options available. You will be part of a small, focused team and will be assisting in the big picture of clinic operations as well as in consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Sitting in sales consultations with prospective clients in person and over the phone (approx. 30 min)
- Presenting a compelling insight into the benefits of this weight loss program to prospective clients
- Generating new client sales in your consultations
- Setting up new clients on their custom programs
- Conducting follow-up appointments with current clients to encourage, motivate, troubleshoot, and sometimes be direct and honest (All to help them get the best results on their program)
- Helping out in all areas of the clinic as part of a team. (Answering phones, scheduling, operations, etc.)
- Being an uplifting and productive presence as a part of our small, focused team
Requirements:
- People skills
- Team-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Able to establish rapport easily with any personality type
- Work in-office (no remote work)
- Preferred: prior experience with consulting and sales
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma

COVID-19 considerations:
We do not require our clients or staff to wear masks, but we do wear masks when clients are more comfortable. We have protocols for cleaning and helping to minimize exposure to viruses along with HEPA filtration as well as Air ionization equipment.
