What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - ICU position at Whitecap Search?
WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Neptune, New Jersey.
Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress- Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition
- Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members
- Begin treatment and monitor doses
- Maintain patient records
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- 1-2 years of acute care experience in this specialty
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
