About Whitestone
We are a real estate investment company focused on acquiring single family homes in mid-tier American cities. A trusted fund manager with two funds worth $60M combined and a third fund targeting $500M , we are the only real estate investment company focused exclusively on acquiring single family homes that qualify for the Section 8 housing voucher program. Low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled need decent, safe, and affordable homes in order to thrive. Government agencies have programs to help, but there is a critical shortage of voucher housing—and most real estate investors avoid it in favor of flashier properties. Good people are being left behind at an unacceptable rate as affordable housing becomes more difficult to attain. Our founders come from immigrant families and have defined a culture based on professional conduct, personal character, and community impact. We have proven that we can generate positive returns for our investors at the same time as we create positive impact in our communities. This balance defines our existence and motivates our work.
Equal Opportunity Employer:
We are an equal opportunity employer.
