WhiteWater Express Car Wash is a leadership-based company that just happens to wash cars. Our mission is to make a positive difference in our employees’ lives, not only professionally but in their personal lives as well. We are growing and expanding rapidly, expecting to open over 100 locations by the end of 2022, throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Because of our ongoing company growth, we’re looking for multiple General Manger to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding and pleasant experience to our guests
• Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness
• Ensuring execution on all store goals for memberships, wash books, volume, revenue, etc.
• Invests time to help each member of the team achieve their personal and professional goals
• Leads the team to include delegating and directing work, motivating the team; holds team accountable for meeting expectations; manages conflict or escalates to appropriate leader
• Work with software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, HR systems and more

Job Requirements:

• 3 plus years of customer service experience
• 3 plus years of leadership experience
• 3 plus years of management experience
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Stay active by working outdoors in changing temperatures and weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity
• Must complete a pre-hire background check
• No car washing experience is necessary
