Duties and Responsibilities:
Educate and assist customers with purchasing car washes, memberships, and wash books- Ensure the growth of team leaders, shift leaders, and future store managers
- Ensure adequate store staffing by actively recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and promoting internal candidates
- Ensure that every team member is receiving development on an ongoing basis
- Managing customer and employee issues including the completion and resolution of all employees, customer, or vehicle incident reports
Requirements:
A proven track record of leadership and successful management and staff development.
- Strong desire to serve others and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.
- The ability to perform all duties in an outdoor, all-weather and rapidly changing environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability.
Must complete a pre-hire background check.
