The Marketing Associate is responsible for taking a role in the pre-sales and sales arena within the marketing office including reporting, data entry, approval process, special projects, moves and event programming. In addition, the Marketing Associate is responsible for answering phones, customer interactions and customer follow-up. Move-in responsibilities include working with clients along with external and internal partners to successfully move residents. Responsibilities for events include planning, coordinating and executing a sales event program that demonstrates the value of the Whitney Center lifestyle and showcase the community in a positive way. The Marketing Associate executes contracts and other legal, sales and financial documents, handles walk-ins, supports the philanthropy team and is responsible for the accuracy of the database and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree or two or more years of sales and marketing preferred
• Knowledge of sales and marketing practices

• High level of communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Calendar, data entry and have the ability to learn proprietary data bases
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required); two years of experience in marketing (Preferred)
