DAY OF EVENT COORDINATOR
Job Requirements
-On-Call, Weekends and Evenings only. Must be comfortable working longer shifts
-Position will report to the Director of Meetings and Events

-Banquet or Event experience required

Job Description
-Banquet and event day-of coordination from client arrival to potential event conclusion
-On-site contact for client and all vendors
-Full day of coordination for wedding and corporate clients
-Assists with client tabletop décor setup
-Manages the event timeline from vendor arrival, food service, and event details. Ensures that each portion of the event takes place as discussed with the client
-Ensures vendors arrive and setup on time as discussed with the client
-Position will assist with all wedding rehearsals, ceremony processionals, grand entrances, and all other special service needs for wedding clients
-Will assist the banquet manager as needed with food service coordination
-Ensures client satisfaction and handles all issues and guest opportunities as they arise
-Ensure all in-house décor is setup as discussed with the client
-Create decorative signage and/or add pictures and logos for monitors in the banquet hall as needed
-Print menus for each place setting if needed

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
