The ideal candidate will work closely with the overall Program Manager to manage risks, ensure accountability, and oversee multiple project tracks.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act promptly to mitigate any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all cloud-based integration points across the program, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Manage risk and accountability by working closely with the overall Program Manager.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple project tracks to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain milestone plans, providing a clear line of sight into the overall program.
- Ensure effective expectation setting and balance across all projects.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel to track progress and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated business focus with a track record of delivering results in data-heavy projects moving to the cloud.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
