About the role

As the initial point of contact in the company for customers, the Sales Assistant welcomes customers to the showroom as well as over the phone and via e-mail, providing a basic overview of the company's products and services. In case the customer requests a design of their kitchen, bathroom or other spaces requiring cabinets, the Sales Assistant then hands over the customer to a Designer for continued communication.

The main focus of the role is to collect contact details from and offer basic information to customers as well as to gather information for the designers to be able to provide a fast and high-level service to those customers. As we are an e-commerce company, most client communication occurs via e-mail or over the phone but we have significant numbers of visitors to the showroom as well. All customer requests are inbound so the sales process is friendly and fun as no unsolicited customer contacts are made.

No prior experience is required - training will be provided.

Of course, you are well versed in the basics of the MS Office suite. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. We have a broad approach to this position and your personality and attitude is the most important part.
