What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Manager position at Wichita Children's Home?
Role:
Role: The Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of clinical services for CrossRoads. This includes the responsibility for maintaining an environment that reflects best practice standards, and that promotes and maintains a biopsychosocial model of care based on the principles of trauma-informed and restorative practice. The Clinical Manager provides leadership, program design and program progress to ensure excellence and therapeutic care of youth to assist them in achieving stabilization and self-actualization.
Education: Master’s degree and licensed in social service or related field.
Experience: Three years’ experience in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults. Coordination of clinical services.
Hours: Full Time; Monday – Friday 8a-5p
