What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Sales Representative position at Wicked Clean?
The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for conducting internal and digital sales and marketing operations. The ISR will maintain contact with leads, monitor lead-flow, and coordinate strategies for achieving monthly sales goals.
Duties:
- Drive monthly sales goals
-Develop strategies and campaigns for digital marketing
-Answer phone calls from clients & prospects
-Daily followup calls with clients with outstanding quotes and approved work orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong business development and outside sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
