Summary:
Provides excellent customer service to Wicked Weed West Taproom guests throughout their visit and completes monetary transaction - takes in money and makes change as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets customers at bar
- Informs customers of food & bev specials
- Takes customers’ orders
- Puts orders into point of sales system
- Makes sure guests are satisfied with all aspects of experience, checking back frequently to be sure they do not need anything
- Performs opening/closing bartending duties
- Retrieves payment and makes change as needed in cash transactions
- Keeps bar tidy
- Breaks down bar at the end of the night
- Leaves bar clean and ready for the next shift at end of shift
- May be asked to train new hires
- Pours beer with proper amount of head
- Changes kegs
- Mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
- Lifts kegs

Physical Demands:
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time standing and/or walking. Walking surfaces may be wet and/or slippery.
- Ability to frequently sit, stoop, kneel, crouch.
- Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 lbs. safely and with proper body mechanics.
- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times a shift.
