What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Wigginton | Green?
At Wigginton | Green, we handle every kind of civil practice, but what sets us apart is the service we provide. Founding attorney, Ken Wigginton built this firm by putting the client first every time, giving honest answers, providing common-sense advice, and developing a 360 relationship. Our goal is to be there for our clients’ every legal need - for themselves, their family and their business.
We're a Highland Village, suburban law firm with a boutique general civil practice in search of a Litigation Attorney. All costs are carried by the firm and the position pays 50% of the attorney's receipts. Our office sits in a beautiful location, with spacious furnished offices, and at-the-door parking. We also offer an opportunity for future membership interest in the firm's PLLC.
We are a four-attorney firm that, in addition to office practice, litigates in state and federal courts and wants an attorney whose primary role is to take the first chair lead on those cases. Our Litigation Attorney will be supported by the firm's other attorneys and paralegals and assigned a growing portfolio of litigation files.
Our Litigation Attorney must be able to competently and successfully take the lead and manage a variety of state and federal litigation matters from DTPA to Title VII from start to finish with little or no supervision. First chair DESIRE and EXPERIENCE is MANDATORY. Please send a resume or letter of interest to the designated contact. All communications are confidential.
