Accountabilities:
  • Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction schedules.
  • Prepare architectural working drawings including all plans, elevations, sections, details and schedules.
  • Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
  • Represent client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts.
  • Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
Required Traits & Characteristics:
  • Ability to complete work assignments within established budgets and timelines using discretion and judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills desired.
Preferred Education/Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Architecture
  • Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture, NAAB-Accredited
Travel:        
  • Position based in northwest/northcentral Indiana or Benton Harbor, MI  
  • Travel between offices for collaboration with team members and for project meetings and job sites as needed.
