As a Bilingual Subrogation Collector, you will be a part of a team that takes/places calls to reconciled insurance claims. We have an exceptional training program with multiple trainers to assist you as needed. Bilingual Subrogation Collectors start with a base pay of $19.20 an hour along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma or GED required
- Phone etiquette
- Strong organization skills
- Enjoy or want to get experience working in an office setting
- Customer service and sales experience appreciated
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/debtors informing of claim filed against them
- Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
- Accurately obtain payments via card and ACH (electronic check payment)
- Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
