SERVERS, CATERING STAFF, SET UP CREW
The Wilburton Inn is interviewing staff in advance of our summer season of weddings and catered events. We are looking to hire a few experienced servers with event and catering experience. We could also use set up crew, bussers, dishwashers and kitchen helpers.
Server responsibilities include setting up tables, following banquet event orders, serving plated dinners according to a seating chart, pouring wine and water, making sure the event runs smoothly at all times. You will need to be able to carry heavy trays.
Most events are outdoors or in an open tent. We follow Vermont and CDC guidelines for events. Masks are required. Safety protocols will be in effect.
This is a part time position. Events are typically held on weekends, June through October. Hours are from around noon to midnight. You should have your own transportation and be punctual and reliable. We are also looking for bartenders and kitchen staff.
Compensation depends on role and experience.
