Position Purpose:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing a retail location. The Sore Manager ensures the highest level of customer service throughout the store, acts as a role model and leader to all store employees, and maximizes the workforce to achieve maximum results.
General Responsibilities:
- Manages sales and operations.
- Ensures staff is completing tasks from the opening and nightly checklist
- Ensures staff is operating efficiently with managerial support
- Ensures plan-o-grams are being followed and oversees preparation of merchandise placement and displays, when required
- Ensures compliance with company policies/procedures.
Team Management:
- Leads and provides guidance to store associates
- Ensures performance standards are maintained to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Provides training and staff development with company objectives in mind.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Including a thorough understanding of retail practices & procedures.
- Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite.
Other
- In case of emergencies, may have to fill-in shifts from time to time at your location
- Developing employees is priority
- Accountability must be enforced in accordance with company policies and rules
- Responsible for promoting all events and promotions to insure the highest success in the location

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
